Description
Red Encostas de Lá is a ruby wine with good structure and body, very smooth tannins and an enveloping finish.
Cépage: Grapes harvested manually into 25 kg boxes. They are then de-stemmed and placed in stainless steel vats, carrying out a slight skin maceration. Fermentation begins at a controlled temperature at 26 ºC for 10 days.

Tasting Note: Ruby in color, notes of ripe red fruit, light notes of spices, cocoa and toast. Good volume, soft tannins, balanced acidity and long aftertaste.
