Description
Rosé Montes de Lá is an Alentejo wine with good acidity and a fresh taste.
Cépage: Petit Verdot
Production Method: The grapes are harvested manually into 15 kg boxes. In the cellar, they are completely destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press at low pressure. Afterwards, the must goes to a stainless steel vat at low temperatures to decant and after 48 hours it is transferred and fermentation begins at about 14ºC temperature for a period ranging from 10 to 15 days.
Tasting Note: Reveals aromas of raspberry candy, with mineral notes and floral touches. It's a wine with good acidity and a fresh taste.
Enologist: David Patrício
Suggestion: Consumption at 8-10°C is recommended. Ideal to accompany light white meat meals, oven-roasted fish, salads and seafood.
