Description

White Montes de Lá it is a fresh and exuberant Alentejo wine, with marked but balanced acidity.

Cépage: Arinto
Production Method: The grapes are harvested manually into 15 kg boxes. In the cellar, they are completely destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press at low pressure. Afterwards, the must goes to a stainless steel vat at low temperatures to decant and after 48 hours it is transferred and fermentation begins at about 14ºC temperature for a period ranging from 10 to 15 days.
Tasting Note: De aroma tropical, cítrico e bastante mineral é um vinho fresco e exuberante, com acidez marcante mas equilibrado.
Suggestion: It should be served between 10-12ºC.
