Description
Montes de Lá Red is a fresh and elegant Alentejo wine with an aroma of wild fruits.
Cépage: Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon
Production Method: The grapes are harvested manually into 25 kg boxes. In the cellar, they are completely destemmed and will ferment in conical vats for 7 days at a controlled temperature of 27ºC. At the end of fermentation, the tear must is separated from the pressed must and will age until it is bottled.
Tasting Note: It denotes wild fruits aromas, reminiscent of blackberry. In the mouth it presents notes of red fruit
with touches of dried fruits. It has good acidity, outstanding tannins, good structure and persistence.
Suggestion: To preserve the fruit characteristics and freshness of this wine, serve between 18-20°C. Ideal with barbecued meats, pork with clams and mild stews.
