Description
Red Reserve Serras de Lá is a wine of great elegance, classic in style and true to the region.
Cépage: Touriga Nacional, Rufete, Jaén, Alfrocheiro e Tinta Roriz
Production Method: The grapes were picked manually into 18 kg boxes, with extreme care and taken to the vats, where fermentation took place at controlled temperatures. Soft rebuilds. Aging for 18 months in 1st and 2nd use French oak barrels, with subsequent aging in the bottle.
Tasting Note: Intense and bright ruby color. The senses begin to awaken towards a well-tuned aroma of graphite, game, black fruit (sloe, blackberry, blueberry) and some red fruit (fresh raspberry and raspberry jam), damp earth and stone minerality. Great elegance in the mouth, great acidity and an excellent tannin level, true to the region. Classic style, with great freshness in the aftertaste.
