\nProduction Method:\u00a0<\/strong>The harvest is done manually into 25kg plastic boxes. The bunches are completely destemmed and then fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for approximately 10 days. After malolactic fermentation, aging takes place in new French and American oak barrels for 18 months, followed by 1 year in bottle.
\nTasting Note:\u00a0<\/strong>With a garnet color, it has aromas of fruit with a mixture of spices and vanilla. In the mouth it is smooth, with balanced acidity, round and firm tannins, allowing a long and persistent finish.
\nSuggestion: <\/strong>Consumption at 16\u00baC is recommended. Ideal to accompany Portuguese style partridge, lamb roti with herbs or game pies.<\/p>\n
