\nProduction Method:\u00a0<\/strong>The grapes are harvested manually into 15 kg boxes. In the cellar, they are completely destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press at low pressure. Afterwards, the must goes to a stainless steel vat at low temperatures to decant and after 48 hours it is transferred and fermentation begins at about 14\u00baC temperature for a period ranging from 10 to 15 days.
