Description

Red Reserve Montes de Lá 1.5L Magnum turn it an exceptional wine. Its notes of elegance are only a sample of what Alto Alentejo region can offer.

Cépage: Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon e Syrah
Production Method: Bunches were manually harvested into 25 kg boxes. At the entrance to the cellar, they are completely destemmed and will ferment in conical vats. The batch was then placed in new French and American oak barrels where it aged for 8 months, followed by 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting Note: Cor granada intensa, com notas de frutos do bosque complementado com sensações de tosta e fumados. Na boca é um alentejano estruturado de finos taninos e longa persistência.
Suggestion: Consumption at 16°C is recommended. Ideal to accompany roast meats, risotto and dishes based on ham and sausages.
