Description

Reserve White Montes de Lá combines the finest qualities of the Alto Alentejo region, an area covered by the microclimate of the S. Mamede mountain range.

Cépage: Verdelho
Production Method: The harvest is manual and before total destemming, the grapes are carefully selected. After sorting, the fully destemmed bunches ferment in French oak barrels with temperature control for approximately 20 days. This is followed by an aging period of 6 months in the barrel, with bâtonnage.
Tasting Note: De cor amarelo dourado, aroma a fruta tropical com madeira bem integrada. É um branco expressivo, elegante com texturas finas e frescas. Boa acidez e personalidade vibrante.
Suggestion: Consumption at 12°C is recommended. Ideal to accompany fish dishes and salads.
